Yesterday I unsubscribed from The Portland Industrial Goth list. It was a humorous distraction these past six months, but alas – I’ve had my fill of all that sophisticate frivolousness (or at least what they thinly veil as ‘sophistications’. The truth is far more vapid).
I figure that it’s about time for the cyclical threads to begin again soon, and time for me to bail ship.
Two ‘fond’ memories of the P.I.G. list.
• Getting sick of DJ Catalyst’s ignorant criticism of a scene he isn’t involved with anymore, asking him why he must pollute everything and then getting my ass handed to me via 4 emails from 4 different female members of the list.
• Being mistaken for another member and then being ‘brushed off’ by a member of the list at The Cruxshadow show.
I’m happy to be rid of that drivel!
