I have been a fan of Frank Millers Sin City since its launch years and years ago. Over that time I have become increasingly more critical of his works, and feel he has slipped in the quality department a LOT. There have been rumblings of a movie rendition of Sin City for sometime – motion capture 3d, pure animation etc. Live action always seemed a fantasy. Never was there a period it seemed plausible. Robert Rodriguez changed all of that.

The initial plan was to watch this noir tale on Friday; it didn’t work out that way.
