Today has been a massive stress lump in my thorax.
While under pressure to maintain a certain total of performance at my current job, I was juggling completely revamping my CV for a position my recruiter feels I have a good chance of snagging at HSBC that is listed as having a required Ivy League issued MBA. I’ve addendumed, spliced, revamped, obfuscated and again reclarified my CV so many times it had begun to loose the flow of english it initially had. Then mid-afternoon I was informed that a second position will be opening up at Nike (beyond the current one I’ve been pitched for) that fit my bill and I again needed to burgeon a section I had previously whittled.
OOF!
In addition to this measure of stress, I was informed today of the reasoning Leupold & Stevens chose to pass on me for the position I seemed destined to obtain. Stress say hello to anger and frustration.

you can’t just say that and then not say what’s said. say!
It was the same reason I didn’t snag the knife company positon. I intimidated some of the managment with my range of experience. I always thought that a good manager wants the best people on his team. This whole process has been daunting so far.
